Aayo Trust & Safety
Last updated: June 22, 2026
Aayo is built for hosts and fans who love music. We want this platform to be a safe, fair, and enjoyable space for everyone. This page explains our community standards and how to report issues.
Our Community Standards
Everyone on Aayo — hosts and fans alike — is expected to treat others with respect. The following are not allowed on Aayo:
🚫 Scamming or Deception
Hosts may not collect submission fees without making a genuine effort to review submitted music. Using Aayo to deceive or defraud fans in any way is a serious violation and may result in immediate account termination and earnings clawback.
🚫 Hate Speech & Offensive Content
Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin is strictly prohibited. This includes session names, bios, soundboard content, and any other material on the platform.
🚫 Impersonation
You may not impersonate another person, host, or entity on Aayo. This includes using another person's name, likeness, or identity to mislead others.
🚫 Spam
Unsolicited or repetitive promotional content, fake submissions, or any activity designed to manipulate the platform is not allowed.
🚫 Underage Users
Aayo is strictly for users 18 and older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this platform. We take reports of underage users seriously and will act immediately.
How We Handle Reports
When a report is submitted to Aayo, here is what happens:
- We review the report — our team reviews every report submitted to support@aayo.live
- We investigate — if necessary, we look into the reported account, session, or content
- We take action — depending on the severity, action may include a warning, temporary suspension, permanent ban, or earnings clawback
- We follow up — where appropriate, we will let you know the outcome of your report
Please note: Aayo reserves the right — but is not obligated — to investigate every report or take action in every case. All enforcement decisions are made at Aayo's sole discretion.
