Access and authentication
Host dashboards require account sign-in. Sensitive host actions run through authenticated backend checks instead of relying only on browser-side state.
This page is maintained by Aayo to answer common security and privacy questions about Aayo. It is app-owned, editable content and is not a certification, audit report, or independent verification.
Host dashboards require account sign-in. Sensitive host actions run through authenticated backend checks instead of relying only on browser-side state.
Aayo separates host, fan, submission, payment, and platform data with backend access rules so users only reach the records needed for their role.
Paid submissions and host payouts are processed through Stripe. Aayo stores transaction status and payout metadata, but not card numbers.
Submission storage is private by default. Hosts can access submissions for their own sessions, and file retention follows host-configured cleanup settings.
Aayo runs on a managed backend and hosting platform that provides application hosting, database, authentication, and private storage capabilities. Aayo is responsible for how the app is configured, what data it collects, and the customer commitments described in its policies.
Platform features are described here factually and do not mean Aayo has been certified by the platform provider.
Aayo collects account information, creator settings, fan submission details, payment metadata, and operational usage data needed to run live review sessions. More detail is available in the Privacy Policy.
Submission audio files are retained according to the host's configured cleanup period. Account, transaction, and operational records are retained as needed to operate the service, support customers, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
