Terms of Service

By accessing or using Aayo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Aayo provides tools for music creators ("Hosts") to accept song submissions from their audience ("Fans") during live review sessions, including optional skip-the-line payments.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Aayo. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Host responsibilities

Hosts are solely responsible for the content they review, the pricing of their tiers, communications with Fans, and any obligations to their viewers. Hosts agree to use Stripe Connect for receiving payouts and accept Stripe's Connected Account Agreement.

4. Fan submissions

Fans must own the rights to the music they submit or have permission to share it. By submitting, you grant the Host a limited right to play and review your submission during the relevant session. Aayo does not store or distribute submissions beyond what is needed to deliver them to the Host.

5. Payments and platform fees

Paid skips are processed through Stripe. Aayo charges a platform fee on each paid submission based on the Host's plan and founder wave. The fee is disclosed to the Host before payouts. See the Refund Policy for refund rules.

6. Prohibited content

You may not submit or host content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, deceptive, or otherwise harmful. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms or to comply with the law. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aayo disclaims all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aayo's total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to Aayo in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page; continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
