From Hosts:

• Name and email address
• Username
• Payment and banking information (processed and stored by Stripe — Aayo does not store card details)
• Session activity, earnings, and submission data
• IP address

From Fans:

• Email address (when provided during submission)
• Submission content and payment information (processed by Stripe)
• IP address

Automatically collected:

• Browser type and device information
• Page views and usage data
• IP address for rate limiting and security purposes

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Operate and improve the Aayo platform
• Process payments and payouts through Stripe
• Send transactional emails (receipts, notifications, account updates)
• Send marketing and promotional emails (you can opt out at any time)
• Enforce our Terms of Service and community guidelines
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Comply with legal obligations

3. What We Don't Do With Your Data

4. Host Email Collection

Hosts collect fan email addresses through their sessions on Aayo. These emails are:

• Owned by the host for their own marketing use

• The host's responsibility to manage lawfully

Aayo is not responsible for how hosts use the emails they collect through their sessions.

5. Third Party Services

Aayo uses the following third party services that may collect or process your data:

• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
• Supabase — database and authentication
• Resend — email delivery

These services have their own privacy policies and data practices. We encourage you to review them.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Aayo is not liable for unauthorized access to your data beyond what is within our reasonable control.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
