💰 Payments & Refunds
Q: Can I get a refund on a submission?
A: Submission fees are non-refundable. Once a submission is made and payment is processed, Aayo does not issue refunds. If you have a dispute with a specific host, you may reach out to them directly.
Q: When do hosts get paid?
A: Host payouts are processed through Stripe Connect on a daily schedule. Payout timing depends on Stripe's processing times and your bank.
Q: Why haven't I received my payout?
A: Check your Stripe Connect account in Settings → Bank Settings. If everything looks correct and you still haven't received your payout, contact us at support@aayo.live.
🎵 Submissions
Q: I submitted a song but the host didn't play it. What do I do?
A: Hosts are independent operators and are not guaranteed to play every submission. Aayo does not control host behavior during sessions. If you believe a host is deliberately scamming fans, please report it to support@aayo.live.
Q: Can I submit any type of music?
A: Yes. Aayo is an open platform — any genre is welcome. The host decides what they review during their session.
🤝 Partner Program
Q: How do I join the Partner Program?
A: The Partner Program is available to all hosts with a connected Stripe account. Visit the Partner Program tab in your dashboard to get started.
Q: When do I earn from the Partner Program?
A: You earn a percentage of every submission fee paid to hosts who join Aayo through you, once they receive paid submissions. Earnings are credited to your balance in real time and paid out through Stripe on your regular payout schedule.
Q: Can the Partner Program rates change?
A: Yes. Partner Program commission rates, discount structures, and all associated benefits are subject to change at any time at Aayo's discretion. See our Terms of Service for full details.

Q: How do I report a host or fan?
A: Email support@aayo.live with the username and a description of the issue. See our Trust & Safety page for more details.
Q: My account was suspended. What do I do?
A: Email support@aayo.live with your username and we'll look into it.
