Paid skips (Fans)
Paid skip-the-line submissions are non-refundable once the song enters the queue, because the Host's time and the queue position are consumed at that moment. Refunds may be issued at the Host's discretion in these cases:
- The Host's session ends before your submission is reviewed.
- A technical failure on Aayo's side prevents your song from being playable.
- The submission is removed for violating the Host's blacklist before being reviewed.
To request a refund, contact the Host directly. If the Host cannot resolve it, email support@aayo.live within 14 days of the submission.
Host subscriptions
Monthly Host plans (Lite, Pro, Max) renew automatically and are non-refundable for the current period. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings and keep access until the end of the paid period. Founder pricing remains locked at the original wave for as long as your account exists.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback for a paid submission that has been delivered (queued and reviewed) is considered abuse and may result in account suspension.
